Christie (my daughter) and I got up before morning today for a photo hunt on the golf course. If we go early enough the golf hasn't begun and the world is waking. So we met at the course at 6:45 (sunrise about 7:30). We had her 2 yellow labs and my Jake. It wasn't terribly cold but we had long sleeves and long pants on and were so happy because the mosquitoes were thick! We didn't expect that!The dogs ran and we took pictures - even before it was light enough - just hoping. Some of mine turned out and some were a waste! My favorite though is this one of Christie waiting on some birds to take flight. She was in search of wildlife (she has more patience than I do for waiting for them!) and I was in search of the moon and water reflection. We did see a deer when it was still very dark and then we saw lots of egrets and heron etc. I will post more pictures as the week goes on.
