Beer Can Chicken
I really do think this is turning into a food blog! Shame on me! But this really is a good one. Kirby makes this Beer Can Chicken. I don't have a recipe because I don't cook it. I am sure it is online somewhere. He has this little stand that the chicken sits on - can you see it? It holds a beer can in the middle and he puts an onion somewhere. Well, this was really good chicken but now he is smoking it also with some great wood chips his friend, Robert, gave to him and well, now it is awesome!
This chicken just melts! It is the best ever! I love chicken and this is the best!

That looks awesome! I had one of those hand thrown pottery cookers at one time. Someone borrowed it and never returned it to me :( I think my father-in-law still has the one I gave to him when I got mine.... I'll just borrow his.
